The Kevin Richardson Wildlife Sanctuary’s mission is to provide a self-sustaining African carnivore sanctuary for the purposes of wild species preservation through education, awareness and funding, especially pertaining to the rapid decline of large carnivores in Africa due to habitat loss, human-predator conflict, unscrupulous hunting, disease and their illegal trade.
On this channel, The Lion Whisperer films the majority of his footage using a GoPro camera, allowing viewers to get as close as possible to the lions, leopards and hyenas at the sanctuary.
Kevin Richardson hopes to provide viewers insight into the lives of these beautiful creatures and in turn, by watching the videos on the channel, viewers will be directly contributing to the conservation of these majestic animals.

I love leopards....the most beautiful cat (ok, maybe tied with tigers), and incredible skills, like dragging their large prey up a tree with their jaws! They also have that characteristic kind of comical faces!

Now I am just in love I keep watching over and over again but the funny part is is it must be the call of the wild I don't even like cats I'm a dog person specifically the Pitbull breed but my daughter and I required an orange outside I don't know if you call them tabbys or what cat and his owner actually lives down the other end of my building and she's had him for years and years and years she tried to come back for him and I tried to give him back but he won't stay but before I get to our subject here's why I'm commenting instead of just being entranced. This cat's cool he don't mess around he doesn't bring a litter box and that's the only reason he gets to stay and he said most the outdoor cat and he loves to fight or something he's almost getting in fights daily it's ridiculous but I was commenting because I was thinking it must be the call of the wild and this cat doesn't play around and he's like eyes all dilated he keeps stalking me and attacking me normally he's just trying to crawl up my nose he loves me to death and my autistic daughter tries to kill him everyday and he's really good with her too but like he's going really crazy while I play this video shout out to Boog that's what I named him.

They're not even that big, but their paws are as wide as his thigh, even when they are not spread out like they would be when used to attack. I have seen a video of a leopard that escaped in India and pretty much scalped a man with one swipe of its claws. Amazingly powerful and beautiful creatures!

Coal has the personality of a cat I enjoy. I have domestic cats and I have cats that demand my attention, but I have others that are happy to be touched then they move on to doing their own thing. I know they my cats aren't like wild cats but they do have some behaviors that in a small way are the some. Very funny to compare.
